A Journey, Not a Battle

“Viewing a situation of cancer as a journey, challenge, or opportunity is much more empowering than viewing it as a battle for survival. At the personal level and societal level, addressing disease as a battle is a negative approach that ignores the true nature of disease and healing. Like life itself, cancer for an individual should be viewed as a journey, not a battle.” – From my new book, Cancer Coach
